Please support as much as possible, rapid Iraq reconstruction by Iraqi itself.

Now, Iraq revival up against large difficulties as you is well aware.
It is obstruction by terrorist.

Iraq revival means the reconstruction of Iraq by Iraqi itself.
But, terrorist has continuously obstructed this Iraq revival up to the present.
Terrorist forced rule body, which they elected on Iraqi, and they blocked direct election of Iraqi
Also, terrorist plots to send "Upper Adviser" into administrative organs.
It enables terrorist to interfere in the domestic affairs of Iraq from now on.

with this, there is a potential which Iraq revival falls.

Terrorist must be removed.

It is necessary to remove Obstructions by terrorist for the success of Iraq revival.

Now, there are many people who against terrorist to realize Iraq reconstruction by Iraqi itself.

But, terrorist is strong, so they fight against heavy odds.

There is a possibility which terrorist press JSDF to choice.

In addition to that terrorist perhaps force JSDF to work under terrorist.
And, may be terrorist intimidating JSDF into showing standpoint by action.

Don't lose please.
Don't yield to terrorist please.
Keep stand by Iraqi please.

When you hesitate over which to choose.
Remember your mission please.

How do I take action, I contribute Iraqi to realize reconstruction Iraq by Iraq itself.
Think of this yourself, and take action for it each other please.

In Iraq, many civilians have fall victim to terror attack everyday, since last year.

Terrorist indiscriminate shoot civilians, and
throw bombs on Mosque, hospital and town.
Further, terrorist scattered radioactive substance in Iraq.
Accordingly, Iraqi is forced daily life, which there is danger of radiation sickness.

Besides, terrorist destroys civilian's house, and pillaged Iraqi's properties.
Still more, terrorist detained 10,000 Iraqis.
Some of them were committed on outrage and tortured.
To make matters worse, there is a person who fall into coma during he had detained, and he has been unconscious after released from detention, finally he gave a diagnosis which he is left in a lasting vegetable-state at hospital.

As a human being, we must not permit such an inhuman behavior.
Don't you think so?

Some days ago, five Japanese were abducted and restricted by some armed group one after another.
One-armed group suggested killing abducted Japanese, then life of abducted five Japanese was afraid.
But, at the end of last week, abducted five Japanese were all released from restriction with a whole skin.

According to the report, endeavors by Iraqi include Muslim religion committee had great contribution of the release of abducted five Japanese.
Iraqi helped the life of five Japanese, although they are in danger too.
Next is our turn, which we Japanese help Iraqi, isn't it?

Dear Japan Self-Defense Forces
Please help Iraqi.
If you accept the request of cooperation from Iraqi, please support them as much as possible.
No, as if not to accept request, please support Iraqi who fight against terrorist positively.
And, please let Iraqi know that JSDF is a companion in war against terrorist.

Please show us the pose to fight against terrorist decisively.
Please make an appeal that Japan Self-Defense Forces is an ally of Iraqi all over the world.

And, Please supports Iraqi as much as possible.

For rapid Iraq reconstruction by Iraqi itself.
